Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. *Personalised and made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — the estimated time is shown on each product page.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link where the chosen service supports it. If it hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking first, then get in touch and we’ll help.
Gift orders & packaging
Sending straight to a loved one? Add a gift note at checkout and we’ll leave prices off the packing slip. Gift boxing is available on request for eligible items.
International orders
We deliver to selected international destinations. Available services, prices and estimated times are confirmed at checkout. Any import duties or local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Missing or delayed parcels
Occasionally couriers experience delays. If your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate and put things right.
