Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a clear pricing or description error has occurred, or we cannot reasonably fulfil the order.

Prices are shown on the website and at checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you place your order.

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payment may be authorised before dispatch; if payment cannot be authorised, we may be unable to accept or fulfil the order.

Available delivery methods, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website, but delivery dates are estimates unless we have agreed a specific date with you.

If an order is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery provider. You remain responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If you are buying as a consumer, you may usually have a 14-day right to cancel an online order after receiving the goods, subject to the legal exceptions that apply. Please contact us through our Contact Us page before returning an item and follow the return instructions we provide.

Where a cancellation applies, goods should be returned within the applicable time limit and refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Personalised and made-to-order products are prepared to your specifications. Please check names, dates, spellings and other details carefully before completing your order.

Because personalised products are made for you, the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply where the law allows an exception. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specification.

The content of this website, including text, photography, graphics, branding and layout, belongs to Fraser & Lewis or our licensors. It is protected by intellectual-property laws.
